A used Petlibro stainless steel pet water fountain I recently changed to a different pet water fountain and no longer need this one It is cleaned for the post and fully sanitized and dried before shipping. Due to shipping though I recommend cleaning before usage It comes with everything it needs to work, except the filters. Upon realizing a replacement filter will come with the black sping ring in the photo above it is no longer apart of the order
