smlove9918 @londongirl21: Sorry for taking so long to respond to your question. We've had several deaths in our family in the last week and I have been under the weather. The waist is 15 inches flat. My phone is a GALAXY note 8 and is too big for the pocket. It hangs out by 1.5-2 inches. The length is between 20-21 inches. The difference is based on where you start measuring. I've started after the waistband. The hip measurement is 21 inches.
