Petite Notations vintage goldenrod mustard button down with shoulder detail

Goldenrod mustard textured button down top with button tab shoulder detail. Small flaw on left shoulder as shown. I believe this is size 6 petite per tag and brand name but please see measurements as vintage sizing can fit differently from modern sizing.
