ashcm85 @mheckler21 hi! She is about the same, 17 months old. It fits everywhere but longer than what I want and too lazy to have it hemmed bc we have so many other dresses with turkeys lol . It will def fit your babe but length will hit below knees . Do you want me to try it on my daughter and post pic for you to see fit?
