one sleeve had the hem cut off but i repaired it is not lined and one sleeve is a little different I am only doing it cheap or best offer it would make a wonderful play coat for outside one of the 4 velcro fasteners (the very bottom) is missing i did not have red velcro please feel free to make an offer
