Pre-owned but only a little bit used. Over 90% still remains in bottle, and seal is still within cap for product (see photos for amount still in bottle). Anti-aging facial cleansing gel in 8.5 oz bottle. I could not list this as "used" on eBay; that is the only reason it is listed as "new." But I have shown photos and explained that it has been used a bit.
