Brown and ivory damask print Super cute subtle ruffles on the bottom Brown small belt loops. Size 3 on tag but I don't think it reflects a size 3 junior fit...see measurements below. Adorable side slit pocket, some small wear above the left pocket that isn't noticeable at all-see pictures 15 inch flat waist(the top of the skirt) 18.5 inches long I wore this dressed up and dressed down, sometimes high waisted and sometimes at the hips...it's basically like having two pieces in one 100% cotton B2
