This beautiful vintage skirt by Peter Popovitch is pleated making it full and fun. The sunflower yellow color makes you dazzle like the sun. It was made in the USA with a cotton and polyester fabric. Judith Anne, the mannequin, is a size XS/S and the skirt is vintage so please refer to measurements below. It is in great condition and comes from a smoke and pet free home.
