Peter Nygard, extra large blouse no iron easy care

I have a beautiful Peter Nygaard, extra large shirt or blouse. This is a no iron and I think it's made of a easy care material. However, I don't know what type of material it is. The sleeves can be long or rolled up as pictured very well and looks great on smoke-free pet free home.
