Vintage Y2K Peter Cohen Silk Blend Sequin Tie Neck / Belted Cardigan Top Sz S

Good used condition. Belt is missing some sequins and has some loose threads. Size small Belt can be worn around the waist or as a tie around the neck. There is a small slit/hole in the back of the garment, I think the tie can get threaded through here but I am not sure how to style it.
