Petco XS sequined peach dog tee Heel Before Me

Petco gold sequined, peach color dog tee, “Heel Before Me,” size XS, fits dogs up to 6-7 pounds. (See pics for measurements. Up to 15” around body circumference.) Purchased from Petco. Tried it on once after I purchased it and my chi Miss Nina wasn’t happy. 🙄 Will hand wash w/ Eco hypoallergenic detergent & inspect for dog fur, remove all fur before shipping. My Questions?
