This is a wonderful adjustable Julius K- 9 power harness for dogs it has the buckle on top and handle. It has big Snap closure with Velcro straps This is a pre owned dog harness in really good condition. There is some dog hair stuck in the velcro from the saint Bernard that tried it on. This is a size 2XL this item has been sanitized very good . there are some dog hairs stuck in velcro but not many.
