I got new ones and 2 times used ones Instructions just plug it to the wall It works for like 3 months and then the bug pest grandchildren will get adjusted like animals The new ones will have a bubble wrap on them Some will not have paper instructions The instructions are worn out by time The used ones will have no bubble wrap The box cardboard aged through time Brought them a long time ago in mail order not sold in normal stores
