The chullo is a hat with earflaps knitted in alpaca wool or other animals and in combination with synthetic fibers. It is native to the Andean highlands of Peru, where it is used to protect itself from the inclement cold of the highlands. It is characterized by wearing multicolors, its ears end in points and hang ornaments made of colored wool. This chullo is handmade by Peruvian artisans from the Andean community of Cusco.
