Peruvian Connection Maxi Pima Cotton Skirt Medium Blue STAIN STRETCHED OUT Fit L and faded waist 16” length 39” there are just a few small dark spots on the lower front and back, maybe three. I didn’t even notice them at first. So I was going to keep it because it’s very soft and lightweight, but it’s too big on me leading me to believe it must be a little stretched out as well. I would say maybe it would fit a L or XL maybe. Also my lighting makes things look darker than they are the true light blue color is shown in close up shots at the end
