Beautiful hand-crafted Gourd box by Ten Thousand Villages. Made in Peru. Excellent condition. A unique design with the lid artfully connected by a leather strap so the lid doesn’t fall off. The art of carving decorative gourds is a time-honored tradition in Peru - nature makes each gourd unique so every gourd is one of a kind. This gourd is hand-painted with colorful tropical flowers and birds. The Gourd box measures 3.5 inches high and 3.5 inches wide.
