Periwinkle Tahari flattering v-neck dress

EUC Tahari Arthur S. Levine periwinkle quarter sleeve v-neck dress. Size 16. Stretchy and has lining! Perfect work dress, very professional! Shell 95% polyester, 5% spandex Lining 100% polyester Flaws to note: there was a thin belt sewn on the dress that I took off because it did not fit me anymore. See pic for how the waist looks without the belt. Both belt loops still in tact, so I just replaced belt with another when I wore this dress! There is also a black spot (ink, possibly?) at the bottom on front of dress. See pics! Pet-free, smoke-free home
