Periwinkle Sequin Disco Spaghetti Strap

This romantic periwinkle blue sequin spaghetti strap can be worn as a long top or a cute short dress. Perfect for a Disco outfit, clubbing outfit, NYE / Holiday dress. I think it would look so cute over a turtle neck for a more conservative look. It also looks fabulous over jeans and some boots.
