Periwinkle Elle Wilde Prom Dress Size 2

Beautiful dress only worn once!! Has been hemmed to fit someone who is about 5’4 with 3 inch heels. The chest fit tighter and I am a 32 A and I did not wear a bra with this dress because it has one built in. No stains and in great condition!! Willing to negotiate prices and dry clean before selling it if wanted. I still have the tags if anyone wants a picture of them as well.
