Periwinkle Baby Blue Quinceañera dress, with hoop skirt and additional vest.

The dress is designer and part of a recent collection, it was originally purchased at VIP fashion in Philadelphia Mills, Philadelphia PA. The hoop skirt was bought separately but it is included with the dress for sale. There are small makeup stains on the inside of the corset from putting it on the day of the ceremony but they are not visible when the dress is on, aside from that the dress is in perfect and clean condition. It is a size 2. and also comes with a small cover up vest that is the same color which is also included.
