Perfume bottle by IW Rice & Co. Inc. I Rice raised capital letters on the bottom of the bottle. The tag says an l Rice import. It stands around 3.5" tall and is a smokie brown in color. The top has a rose in bedded under the cut design. The bottle is empty but still has a scent of perfume. This perfume bottle by IW Rice was pre-owned and in vintage condition consistent with its age wear and prior use. 16
