Cycling jacket made in USA by Performance in Chapel Hill, NC. Windbreaker front panels and lightweight-fleece rear panels for breathability. Vented at back. Zipper pockets on sides, chest and lower back. Reflective stripe on back. Not sure of size, probably medium. 22" pit-to-pit, 25" long.
