Perfect/original condition vintage, glass ornament/ blk/grn & red

This ornament is unique and adorable. Depicts a girl in the sitting position with her beautiful eyelashes, lipstick and Hawaiian flower in her hair. Is a breakable item however is ready to hang for safe keeping. The ring it hangs from is very durable with its brand charm attached. I'm not sure on the brand name spelling.
