theresheisnyc @sandyaprah It measures 17in. There is a bit of give but I wouldn’t say it’s a stretch material. The velvet is lined.

theresheisnyc @justmeemily1995 hi there! This is a great dress! Bust measures 17’ and the length is 40’ from the bottom of the armpit (can’t measure from shoulder since it’s a halter). Reasonable offers will be accepted.
