Perfect cotton navy & white button down dress. Size L

Japna navy & white striped button down dress. Has 2 pockets in the front, high low style, elastic waist and tie, and 2 side pockets. Front of dress measures 17” from waist to bottom of the hem - back of dress measures 20 1/2” from waist to bottom of hem. Very comfortable and versatile! Can pair with sandals, wedges and wear as a dress or throw on some leggings and boots to wear as a long shirt. Both styles are adorable! In great shape only wore a handful of times.
