Perfect Polka Dot Sundress!

I loveeee this dress. It conches at the waist for a super flattering look, the straps tie so you can change the length. Top is nicely high cut which gives a cute classy look. Seam is oddly down the front of the skirt and about an inch over from the seam down the bust. Can't really see it, but I just noticed and thought is was odd. Never worn, runs small in the bust. Tag says large, but fits like a medium. Sheer over a black liner
