mamajx5 @ttttttttwinter Hi there. Sorry for the delay!! Across the chest from bottom of arm opening side to side it measures 16 inches but also has tailored pleats for more room in that area ;), From the top of each sleeve it measures 14", From the top of the back collar to the very bottom of the shirt it's 24", and across the mid section or waistline the shirt measures 27". All measurements are with the shirts lying flat. Hope this helps.
