Says to Dry Clean (which I mostly did) but then I tested machine washing it cold with Woolite and hanging to dry, and it was perfect. So you can do that! Size 8. Measurements: Bust: 32 in (fits up to a 34D), waist: 29 in, hips: 37 in. Length should to hem: 40 in. Hits below knees. Perfectly form fitting. Could also likely flatter a size 6.
