Perceptions dress

Great condition Perceptions soft & stretchy dress. Has a button keyhole closure in the back of dress shown in pictures. Measurements: length 40”, chest 19 1/2 x 2, has la full around elastic waist 16” - 19” x 2 (side seam to side seam) and hips 22” x 2. Has belt thread loops that can be cut off. No belt included.
