Skirt has generous twirl-ability to it without bulk. Under bust high waist flatters your figure. The red is a deep, cool red. About 22 inches from under one arm to the other. About 52 inches from shoulder seam to hem. Waist band measures about 19 inches across and has a bit of stretch. Great used condition. Bundle with more items from my closet to save.
