Perceptions New York Floral Lace Sleevless dress. Outerlayer is lace and lined with polyester. Skirt of dress has tulle at the bottom of the skirt to create a beautiful, and flattering look. The neck line is sheer. There are loops on each side of the dress to add an optional belt or sash but the dress does not come with either. Gently used, no flaws, please see pictures for more detail.
