Per Seption Women floral tie waist blouse

Round neck oversized sleeve with tie waist. This blouse is new without tags. I purchased it without trying it on and the tags got taken off. Unfortunately it did not fit. Its pretty floral and easy wear easy care fabric. See photo for material details.
