This dress is a power dress. I would wear this number if I had to command a room at a business meet and greet (I worked in publishing). This dress even has side vent pockets which nobody can see are there except for you! Also the fabric doesn't look like it BUT there is a bit of stretch in it too! Shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches. Back of Neck to Waist 15 inches. Waist to bottom hem 20 inches.
