Quilted vest with velcro pockets, and one large inside pocket with pen pouch. The vest is a sm. pit to pit 18”. length 23”. Jacket has zip out quilted liner 2 side slit pockets and one chest pocket and inside pocket. It has a locking no slip zipper. Pit to pit measures 20”. It is a medium. The scarf is included.This was a uniform from the 90’s. it is in excellent condition. # closet
