Peppermint brand gray chiffon dress, high-low skirt, size M

Feel like a fairy in this delicate, gray chiffon dress. Sweet frills around the shoulders and along the high-low hem. The neck closes with a round, brass-colored button. I'm sad to part with it, but I have too many dresses and not enough opportunities to wear them!
