Peplum Style Dress w/Zippered Back, SZ S NWT

Peplum Style dress with tags attached. New & Never worn. Zipper in back & has stretch. Fits more like a medium in my opinion. Sucks and tucks where necessary lol flattering fit. Approx 15” pit to pit (not stretched) 31” shoulder to hem.
