nite_owl @crus0511 I think the only time I had to pull it down was after sitting in it and standing up. It always fit me pretty snug though, not sure if that would make a difference or not.

nite_owl @luvclos Also note the material has a decent amount of stretch to it so 14" is just the material lying loosely without being pulled on.

nite_owl @luvclos I would try it on to make sure, but it does not fit me anymore. I have not worn it in about 9 years! I did add a photo of the last time I wore it though and I don't think it shows side boob in my opinion. Sorry the pic is a little dark /blurry, but I think you can see the arm seam area well enough.
