NWOT worn once. Elastic collar can be worn off shoulders. polka dot white with pastel mint green color. Very feminine and Spring Summer blouse. Country chic. Front and back same with sleeves elastic and ruffle edge design. Great church or Easter top too. Sweet but sexy with some cuffed up jeans and wedges.
