This is a unique yet super cute version of Pennywise / It Halloween costume! Please do not expect “perfect condition” as I have pictured some makeup marks which are likes pen marks. * the zipper is broken in the back, but it does not hinder the costume look at all. My daughter wore this with the zipper broken in the back, I put a undershirt on her and we were good to go! *the “ collar” is not really a collar but I cut a preemie tutu and made it look that way . *I will include the costume dress, “collar”, and wig w/the 2 red pom poms you see in the pic 😍
