Pennyblack light raincoat with ruffled neck and rushing just below the waist. It has pullers that can be tugged to accentuate the cinch at the waist (see pic with arrow). It’s lightweight, you can barely feel it, but it shields you really well from wind. It goes with the yellow ruched tan top but happy to sell them separately. You can bundle them for a discount!
