Penny ❤️'s Kenny Heels

4 1/2 inch sexy heels are great to wear with a nice dressy dress. The toe and the strap is a different material than the whole shoe almost like a suede but a material that won't get messed up in the rain. The shoe has only been worn three times. I had a non slip sticker on the bottom of the shoe that's why it has that look. Slight scuffs as you see in the picture but not noticeable when you wear them. Overall very classy look.
