Floral Bouquet brooch is sterling with a rose gold wash. Marked Pennino Sterling. 1930/1940’s rare and a collectors item. Flowers have oval cut ruby color crystal and diamanté round crystals. Some wear to plating which is consistence to age and wear. See photos. Measures 4” x 2 1/4”.
