Penney's Towncraft Snapper blue clip on tie, small hole

Vintage Penney's Towncraft Snapper clip on men's tie. It's a lovely bright blue in a sophisticated textured pattern. It feels like polyester, and is 17 inches long. Has one small hole near the bottom, probably caused by a tie pin. It might also be able to be repaired with sewing, but if a tie pin is worn over it, it will be invisible.
