Brand new in the bag, I had to order a medium. This will fit a size 2 or is for a 2/4 on someone who doesn’t mind it a little snug. I could zip it but wasn’t comfortable for trick or treating with my kids. The quality is great 🏆save yourself the $20 shipping fee.
