Penn State PINK cutout tee

Cute white Penn State PINK tee. Has a cutout V-neck neckline. Fits more like a large-ish but it’s tagged as medium (which is why I never wore it!). Arm holes are kinda small but the cutout is too big. Cute shirt otherwise! Comes from a smoke free household. Never worn!!!
