Penn State Charm Bracelet

COSTUME JEWELRY. I start with a double knotted stainless steel chain, then I treat it so it won't tarnish. I then put on the European Glass Beads, add the charms & finish it with a lobster clasp. I cut the bracelet chains to 9" then once sold I will cut it to the buyers need.
