Penelope Mack tropical dress 3T

Gently used beautiful little tropical dress that still fits my 3 year old … but Fall is here, so it’s time to move on. She absolutely loved this dress, but it’s kept in great condition. She mostly danced around in it! She was actually able to wear it last summer too, and it didn’t even look oversized on her as a 2 year old. The picture I included was her in it last year, dancing.
