Unused condition. One edge has a zipper that seems to attach to the inside of luggage, but could work alone as a garment bag. Measures 23” x 32” closed and opens up to 46” with padded cross straps on middle panel. Also padding inside top and center 2” seams, with round padding on top of back panel. Zippered net pocket on outside with two open shoe size elastic edged pockets. Could easily be converted into a bag, which is what I would do if I end up keeping it. Hoping someone has a use for it…nice leather pulls and nylon “Pendleton” logo fabric.
