Pencil cup porcelain gold rimmed

This has all Vaserette brand glazed decals on it. Porcelain with a gold rim. No chips- rim perfect. Was a promo item for the brand. I used it on my desk for pens, pencils, scissors and ruler. Holds a lot . Could be used for small kitchen items as well. I put soft felt on the bottom so as not to scratch my desktop. Can be easily removed.They come right off.
