Black and off-white stripes, back zipper, lined, size 14 Tall makes this knee length on me at 5'5" tall. 18.5 inch waist 21.5 - 22 inch hips, 24 inches long The stripes are off-white and not a creamy color. I posted a picture of the skirt against a white top for reference.
